Samurai Road Project（以下「当プロジェクト」）は、スマートフォン用アプリケーション「SAMURAI ROAD」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報と利用目的

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得・利用します。

• 位置情報 (GPS): 現在地周辺の地図表示、移動経路（ログ）の記録、および現在地の歴史情報をAIが解説するために利用します。この情報はアプリ内でのみ利用され、当プロジェクトのサーバーへ無断で送信・保存されることはありません。
• カメラおよび画像: 「侍の目」機能において、ユーザーが撮影した風景をAIが解析するために利用します。画像データは解析のためにGoogle Gemini APIへ一時的に送信されますが、永続的に保存されることはありません。
• 端末情報: アプリの動作確認や不具合対応のために、デバイスの種類やOSのバージョン等の情報を取得する場合があります。

2. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の外部サービスを利用しています。

• Google Gemini API: 位置情報に基づいた歴史解説や、画像の解析を行うために利用します。送信されたデータはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
• Cloudflare Pages: アプリのWebコンテンツを配信するために利用しています。

法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

Samurai Road Project ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our mobile application "SAMURAI ROAD".

1. Information We Collect

We collect and use the following information to provide better services:

• Location Information (GPS): We use your location data to display your current position on the map, record your walking trails, and provide AI-based historical guides. This data is processed locally within the app and is not stored on our servers without your permission.
• Camera and Images: We use your camera for the "Samurai Eye" feature. The photos you take are sent temporarily to the Google Gemini API for analysis to provide historical context. They are not permanently stored.
• Device Information: We may collect device information (such as model and OS version) for debugging and improving app stability.

2. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: Used to generate historical explanations based on location and analyze images. Data processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Pages: Used to host the web content of this application.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to provide the app's core features described above.
